What is GymFridge?
GymFridge is a curated marketplace for high-protein meals, desserts, and functional food brands. We help food makers reach new customers nationwide while handling ordering, payments, and the entire fulfillment flow.
Who can become a partner?
We work with independent food brands, bakeries, kitchens, and producers focused on quality, ingredients, and consistency. Every application is reviewed to ensure a strong fit for the marketplace.
How do orders work?
Customers place orders on GymFridge. You receive an order notification with all details and access to the order page. From there, you prepare the items and ship the order according to the provided instructions.
Who handles payments?
GymFridge collects payment from the customer and pays you directly after the order is successfully fulfilled. No invoicing or transaction management required on your side.
Who handles shipping?
GymFridge manages the shipping flow. Depending on the order, you’ll receive either shipping instructions or a prepaid shipping label. Shipping costs are handled by the platform.
Do I need to communicate with customers?
No. GymFridge handles all customer communication and support. You focus on preparing and fulfilling orders.
How do I set preparation time and availability?
You control preparation time / advance notice, available shipping days, minimum order requirements, and order volume limits. All settings can be updated at any time.
Can I pause or limit orders?
Yes. You can temporarily pause availability or limit incoming orders if you reach capacity.
How are prices shown?
Your prices are displayed exactly as you set them. GymFridge does not add hidden markups to your menu.
How and when do I get paid?
Payouts are processed on a regular schedule after successful fulfillment. Full timing and details are shared during onboarding.
What happens if an order is canceled?
Cancellations follow your defined notice period and policies. Eligible cancellations are handled automatically by the platform.
Do I need special software or equipment?
No. Orders are managed via email and a web-based order page. Packing slips and shipping details are provided digitally and can be printed if needed.
Can GymFridge help with photos or menu setup?
Yes. We can work with your existing assets and help improve presentation when needed.
