This Privacy Policy explains how GymFridge, Inc. (“GymFridge,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you access or use our website, mobile experiences, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

This Privacy Policy does not apply to practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including Vendors and third-party websites, apps, and services that may be linked from the Platform.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

The Platform is intended for individuals 18+.

A. Vendors (for order fulfillment)

We share order-related information with Vendors so they can fulfill your order, such as:

  • customer name
  • order contents
  • shipping/delivery address
  • delivery notes
  • contact information only as needed for delivery coordination

Phone number sharing rule (your requirement): Vendors receive your phone number only if it is reasonably necessary to coordinate delivery or resolve a fulfillment issue.

B. Shipping, Delivery, and Logistics Providers

We may share:

  • name and address
  • order identifiers
  • delivery instructions
  • contact information as needed for delivery coordination

C. Payment Processors

We share information necessary to process payments, handle disputes, and reduce fraud.

D. Analytics, Session Tools, and Advertising Partners

We use tools that help us understand performance and marketing attribution. These providers may collect or receive data via cookies/pixels.

Current or planned tools include:

E. Service Providers
