Welcome to GymFridge. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GymFridge website, applications, and related services (the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
GymFridge operates an online marketplace that connects customers with independent third-party food vendors (“Vendors”). GymFridge provides technology, ordering, payment processing, and coordination services.
GymFridge is not a restaurant, kitchen, food manufacturer, or food distributor.
All food products offered through the Platform are prepared, packaged, labeled, and supplied exclusively by independent Vendors.
Vendors are solely responsible for:
GymFridge does not prepare, cook, store, inspect, or handle food products and makes no guarantees regarding food quality, safety, or suitability.
When you place an order through GymFridge, you are purchasing products directly from a Vendor via the Platform.

GymFridge does not perform delivery services itself and is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or issues that occur once an order leaves the Vendor’s control.
Delivery times are not guaranteed.
All payments are processed by GymFridge or its authorized payment providers. By placing an order, you authorize GymFridge to charge your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.
Vendors are paid separately by GymFridge according to agreed payout terms.
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on:

GymFridge may issue refunds, credits, or adjustments at its discretion.

GYMFRIDGE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GYMFRIDGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM:
