These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GymFridge website, mobile experiences, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

GymFridge, Inc. (“GymFridge,” “we,” “us”) operates an online marketplace that connects customers with independent third-party food brands and sellers (“Vendors”).
The Platform provides technology for browsing, ordering, payment processing, and coordination of orders between customers and Vendors.
GymFridge is not a restaurant, kitchen, food manufacturer, distributor, or delivery carrier. Vendors are independent businesses and are solely responsible for the products they sell and how they fulfill orders.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform or place orders.
All products offered through the Platform are prepared, packaged, labeled, and supplied by Vendors.
Vendors are solely responsible for, including but not limited to:
GymFridge does not cook, manufacture, store, inspect, or control Vendor facilities or food products and makes no guarantees regarding product suitability, dietary compatibility, or performance.
You are responsible for reviewing product details before ordering, including ingredients and allergen information.
When you place an order, you are purchasing products from the applicable Vendor through the Platform.
Orders may be subject to:
GymFridge may cancel or limit orders for suspected fraud, platform misuse, or technical errors.

Delivery windows and arrival estimates are not guarantees and may vary due to carrier performance, weather, operational issues, or other conditions beyond our control.
To the extent permitted by law, risk of loss may transfer once the order leaves the Vendor’s control.
Many products offered on the Platform are perishable and may require refrigeration or prompt handling.

Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you, or left unattended, may not be eligible for refunds.
Prices are displayed on the Platform and may change at any time.
Taxes, shipping fees, service fees, or other charges are displayed at checkout.
GymFridge reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders.
Payments are processed by GymFridge or its authorized payment providers.
By placing an order, you authorize GymFridge to charge your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.
Vendors are paid separately by GymFridge under Vendor payout agreements.
Because food products are perishable, cancellations and refunds are limited.

Refunds may be issued for damaged or incorrect items. Delivery delays may be reviewed case-by-case.
Where permitted by law, GymFridge may issue store credit instead of refunds.

GymFridge may modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

You are responsible for activity conducted under your account.
You may submit reviews, ratings, images, or other content (“User Content”).
You grant GymFridge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute User Content for operating, improving, and promoting the Platform.
You represent that your content is truthful and does not violate laws or third-party rights.

The Platform, including software, branding, content, and design, is owned by GymFridge or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

GYMFRIDGE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
VENDORS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PRODUCTS AND FULFILLMENT.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymFridge will not be liable for:
